These terms apply to all bookings made through Sojourn Coast & Country
These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay with Sojourn Coast & Country, a trading name of Sojourn Executive Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By making a booking, you ("the guest") agree to these terms in full.
Sojourn Executive Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13922644) with its registered address at 2 Winchester Place, Poole, BH15 1NX.
A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation email. All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
Guests may choose between a non-refundable Guest Damage Waiver or a refundable security deposit. Details of your chosen option will be confirmed at the time of booking and are subject to the specific terms outlined during the booking process.
We operate a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will receive no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing by email and will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Amendments to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All changes must be agreed in writing and are subject to our acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in circumstances beyond our control or where the property becomes unavailable. In such cases, we will offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard where possible, or provide a full refund.
The maximum number of guests must not exceed the stated capacity for each property. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. Subletting or assignment of the booking is strictly prohibited.
Guests must treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay will be charged at cost. Properties must be left in a reasonable condition. Professional cleaning is included but excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise stated for your specific property. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee subject to availability.
Check-in instructions will be sent to you 48 hours before arrival. Photo identification is required from the lead guest and must be uploaded prior to arrival.
Keys or access codes must not be copied or shared with unauthorised persons. You are responsible for the security of the property during your stay.
We will provide the accommodation as described and ensure it is clean and ready for your arrival. We provide 24/7 guest support for any issues during your stay.
We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions to utilities, internet access, or amenities due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.
Property descriptions and photographs are intended to give a fair representation but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to substitute accommodation of an equal or higher standard if necessary.
Our liability is limited to the value of your booking. We exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or alternative accommodation expenses.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for any personal belongings left in properties or for any injury or illness suffered during your stay except where caused by our negligence.
Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay, whether accidental or otherwise (subject to any damage waiver terms selected).
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Photo identification and other documentation may be retained securely for the purposes of guest verification and legal compliance. This information is handled confidentially and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform their obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
In such circumstances, we will work with guests to find reasonable solutions which may include rescheduling or refunding bookings.
These terms, together with your booking confirmation and any property-specific house rules, constitute the entire agreement between us. Any modifications must be agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
